Patisserie Valerie

We are extremely proud at Ambivent to have successfully worked directly for Patisserie Valerie since 2008, designing, supplying and installing air conditioning and ventilation systems within their cafes and cake shops throughout the UK, including Scotland. Over the last 8 years we have accumulated over 1.5 million pounds of mechanical works, and we’re very content and happy to continue our forever growing relationship. We aim to keep our clients and customers satisfied in every way possible, from our professional engineers ability, to cost efficiency and hitting time scales, we feel we meet all areas to a very high standard which shows in our success with Patisserie Valerie.

Patisserie Valerie was first opened in Frith Street in London’s Soho in 1926 by Belgian born Madam Valerie. She came to London on a mission to introduce fine Continental Patisserie to the English. It was an instant success. The unique cafes are recognised worldwide for their best quality cakes, patisseries, continental breakfasts, lunches, finest teas and coffees, wedding cakes, truffles and homemade ice cream. They have cafes in London, North West, Yorkshire and Humber, West Midlands, East of England, South West, South East, Scotland and Wales.
