Working along side Vinci Construction we secured the mechanical design and installation of air conditioning, heat recovery ventilation and plumbing to 404 student apartments. The plant installation included a CHP Unit working alongside a gas fired boiler plant to deliver a highly efficient system which provides the required renewable element to meet planning regulations and Part L2A of the building regulations
